Donogh Roche

General Manager

With a 20-year career in software leadership, Donogh's journey began at IBM as a software engineer. He then joined the VC-funded SaaS provider WebSell, where he ascended from developer to CEO, and ultimately orchestrated a successful sale to Volaris Group. Post-acquisition, he transitioned into the M&A world, with responsibility for the integration of new companies into the Bureau Portfolio.

Today, Donogh applies his blend of deep technical knowledge and sharp operational strategy at UBS, driving customer growth through scalable software solutions. He holds a degree in Computer Science from University College Cork, alongside certifications in data-protection practice and cybersecurity, and is a recent alumnus of London Business School's executive finance program.

Away from the keyboard, Donogh is a WSET-certified sommelier, is (slowly) mastering ballroom dancing with his wife, and is rediscovering his love of tennis after a long hiatus.

Vic Khosla

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Vikram “Vic” Khosla brings over 30 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Enterprise Sales, with deep expertise in launching new products and entering new markets. He has successfully led UBS product launches across North and South America, the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Vic has been instrumental in forming strategic alliances, localizing products for regional markets, and achieving preferred product status with major industry groups.

Before joining UBS, Vic served as a systems analyst at Union Carbide, where he helped design its global operations software solution. He has been honored twice with the Sterling Silver Tiffany Award for professional excellence. He also received the prestigious National Management Scholarship at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and is a lifetime member of the National Management Honor Society (Sigma Iota Epsilon).

Vic graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Poona, India, and holds an MBA in Information Systems and International Business from the University of Houston. He is also a graduate of the prestigious “Leading Global Businesses” executive program at Harvard Business School.

A passionate travel and aviation enthusiast, Vic was ranked 6th nationwide in merit for fighter pilot selection in the Indian Air Force and flew gliders during college, completing his first solo flight at the age of 17. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California, with his wife and two children.

Pooja Sharma

Director of Professional Services

Pooja Sharma is a results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience in customer support, quality assurance, and service delivery. She brings a strong blend of operational expertise and people leadership, delivering impactful outcomes for clients and teams alike.

As Director of Professional Services at UBS, Pooja will lead ERP implementations and client delivery, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term customer value. She focuses on strategy, execution, and collaboration across departments to drive consistent, high-quality results.

Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences. She is passionate about technology and gadgets, loves reading, and is always eager to learn something new. A proud mother of two girls, she finds joy in supporting their wide range of interests—often from the driver’s seat as she shuttles them between their many adventures.

Ashwin Rao

Research and Development

Ashwin is a resolute professional with a strong experience in building sustainable & cost-effective business solutions for medium and large enterprises. A technology evangelist, having an ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, enhancing the company’s ability to capture profitable markets. Joining UBS in 2019, he leads our R&D team in Bangalore spearheading technology transformations across the Org & UBS product lines, with a laser sharp focus on innovation. He has been a trailblazer of Agile principles and DevOps automation. Prior to UBS, Ashwin worked for Fidelity Investments for 5 years. Ashwin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and received an MBA in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He is an avid music lover, a self-confessed foodie, and loves to go on long drives.

Ike Arshadi

Finance and IT Department Head

Ike is UBS' Finance and IT department head. In his role, he oversees accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis and tax functions. Ike also manages all HR policies and procedures at UBS. Ike joined UBS in 1986 and has worked closely with senior leadership since his arrival. Ike has over 30 years in the industry. Prior to joining UBS, he worked with PWC and Discovery Oil. He has a master’s in accounting and a CPA in the state of California.
