Prior to joining Unique Business Systems, Patrick served as the Vice President of Product at Wynne Systems, a renowned global provider of Rental Software solutions. Throughout his career, Patrick has demonstrated an unparalleled understanding of the rental industry, encompassing various segments such as small tools, major construction equipment, aerial pump, power, general rental and specialty rental. Notability, during his tenure as the Chief Technology Officer of United Rentals, Patrick played a role in the company’s growth from 1 location to 750 locations in the space of a little over three years.
Following his successful stint at united Rentals, Patrick embarked on a consulting journey, assisting numerous organizations in the rental industry to leverage technology effectively. He then assumed the role of Chief Information Officer at Rain for Rent, where he spearheaded strategic technological initiatives for several years. Subsequently, Patrick joined Kennards Hire as their General Manager of IT, further solidifying his reputation as a transformative leader in the industry.

Vic has over 20+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and Enterprise Sales with expertise in New Markets and Products.
He has successfully launched UBS products in North and South America, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He is the lead in setting up strategic alliances, localization of products and securing preferred product status for major industry groups. Prior to joining UBS, he was a systems analyst at Union Carbide where he helped design their worldwide operations software solution. He was awarded, twice, the Sterling Silver Tiffany award for professional excellence.
Vic graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Poona, India. He also has an MBA in Information Systems and International Business from the University of Houston. He was awarded the National Management Scholarship at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and is a lifetime member of the National Management Honor Society (Sigma Iota Epsilon). Vic is a travel and aviation enthusiast. He was ranked 6th nationwide in merit for selection as a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force and also flew gilders during college taking his first solo flight at 17 years of age. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and two children

Ramon joined UBS in 2014 as an R2 Project Manager. Ramon’s background in process management allowed him to quickly learn both R2 and rental industry practices. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, Ramon was responsible for taking some of our largest clients live on R2 and also managed the development and direction of our Labor Planning software module. Currently, as VP of Account Management, he oversees all new client implementations and account management efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Ramon has held leadership positions in both a professional manner and in military service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Business Economics, graduating magna cum laude. In addition, Ramon served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer for 8 years. He was honorably discharged as a decorated veteran after serving in military campaigns overseas.

Joining UBS in 2019, he leads our R&D team in Bangalore spearheading technology transformations across the Org & UBS product lines, with a laser sharp focus on innovation. He has been a trailblazer of Agile principles and DevOps automation.
Prior to UBS, Ashwin worked for Fidelity Investments for 5 years. Ashwin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and received an MBA in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He is an avid music lover, a self-confessed foodie, and loves to go on long drives.

Ike is UBS' Finance and IT department head. In his role, he oversees accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis and tax functions. Ike also manages all HR policies and procedures at UBS. Ike joined UBS in 1986 and has worked closely with senior leadership since his arrival.
Ike has over 30 years in the industry. Prior to joining UBS, he worked with PWC and Discovery Oil. He has a master’s in accounting and a CPA in the state of California.

Based on the east coast in the United States, her professional journey consists of: Marketing Manager for a large construction supply provider, an Account Supervisor at an advertising agency, founder of a company providing environmentally friendly products and solutions to architects and design professionals, and Creative Director for a company that imported hardwood flooring.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental and Political Science from Hood College. She also pursued studies in Environmental Management at the University of Maryland and Marine Biology & Liberal Arts at Salisbury University.
Erica has worked with brands and products from Brazil, Germany, Portugal, and Canada which has fueled her love of travel.
Her career is marked by a series of promotions to positions of increased influence, authority, and accountability, demonstrating her competence, creativity, and passion for unique solutions.
